Agency Poaching

Back in the day, agency poaching was the norm. There was one agency (Entourage - out of business) in particular that would book a popular girl from another agency and then promise her of more money etc etc. This particular agency owner was scum and would be nothing short of a pimp. One of his "popular ladies" called me to come pick her up one day as she was abandoned in the middle of nowhere when she told him that she didn't want to work anymore that day. Another told me he held her info hostage and threatened to tell her family if she didn't earn X amount every day. I believe he eventually got his comeuppance by being arrested for living off the avails and also having under aged girls in his stable.

There seems to be an argument on RED about this happening again and it's fairly interesting because some of the allegations make sense to the agency brand of " Xxxxxx guarantees top notch service". Seems the owner booked the lady for an extended session and managed to talk her in to jumping ship. It matters not to me other than the lady making an educated decision and what's the best in her interest. Some ladies operate with blinders and get in a comfort zone with the agency they work with but get robbed blind with hidden fees (yep, you know who i'm talking about).

Ladies switch agencies all the time. It happens. But if the poaching is true, it's bad business. I see ladies off agency time, but that is a choice that is made by her, I do not approach them.

If she had met you in a bar and having sex with you on her own time, that's different but you met through the agency.

CC and EFS are right, some agencies did chime in and those are the ones that I have done business with and repeated with. TDL is in my sights but I don't want to waste anymore time with Raj/Don and his pimping ways. I've already said what I have to say about him.

The fact is, the ladies do what they want. If you don't think so, then you're no better than saying that the agencies OWN the ladies and their time 24/7 and to that, I can bullshit.

The question is poaching. Ultimately, it's the ladies decision, whether it be influenced by another agency or a bad experience with their current. The M.O. that is rumoured to have transpired is dirty and getting a lot of attention as it's old school methods that I thought had gone out of style somewhat.
