Excellent idea on another board.
Here's my 0.02 for anyone who cares.
When I call or text an agency and want to see a particular girl, I expect that the info that I've given (day, time, length and any special requests) be all that I need; location should have already been researched on my part by the agency's daily schedule and updates. I don't want to hear, "Where did you hear about us", "Is this your first time?" etc etc.
If that lady is not available, let me know when she is. Perhaps I can make that work, if not, I would ask if she would consider staying later or earlier. I've done this and it's worked out 75% of the time to my advantage. If she is not available with ANY other options, how about asking me about another lady who would be 1) available at the time I specified, 2) a similar lady in looks/build/service 3) perhaps another day when the specific lady IS available for a pre-book? But don't just cut us off with "No, she isn't available" and how about a "Thank you, please try again and we'll be happy to try and help".
I won't deal with certain agency's because their phone people really suck (for lack of a better term). Here, I'll throw a couple under the bus with reasons.

This is a rant based on the front lines people. This has nothing to do with their locations, or girls, or conflict resolution (although I did touch on that with SFT). Agency owners, your front line people should be your best. If my experience starts off bad before I even get a CBJ when I asked for BBBJ, then we're already off to a bad start. Take note, we butter your bread, serve us well and that butter will not spoil.

Bad list -
- Toronto GirlFriends - I don't want to speak to a dude sometimes LOL, but really, the phone call confirmation is a pain. I understand it's for safety and verification yada yada, but sometimes, that call just can't be made.
- Top Drawer Ladies - Your daytime phone girl has messed up so many of my pre-bookings or has failed to keep me up to date on status of ladies (understanding that shit happens), that I haven't used TDL in over a year. All of my favourites remain without my company. She is simple and a few sandwiches shy of a full picnic basket and fucking rude.
- Hot Pink Ladies - After Serena stopped answering phones and I'm not sure of the nice lady who took over, they must have gotten a new phone system for texts; I don't want to be polled with questions, please see above.
These are the agency's I LIKE dealing with -
- Sassy's - Great girl on the phone. Informative, concise. Recommendations and options are always there without asking.
- Toronto Passions - Been using Phillips company for over 8 years, maybe more. His phone girls are the same as above with recommendations and options.
- Eye Candy - Always helpful and quick to respond.
On the fence due to lack of use in the past while
- Sexy Friends Toronto - In the past, have always been good with texts. There was a point where whomever the booker was during late night, was confused most of the time. I will use them again as they have some lovely new ladies on the roster. Attempts at making things right after a bad experience is very good customer service.
- Mirage - Not text friendly until recently. Have not used them in a number of years.
- Roommates - Have not used them since Sara has gone with any regularity although the past year, a veteran returned for a little while and I saw her at RM. The phone experience was a little odd but nothing I couldn't look past.

I've been looking at different agencies, I hear Sassy Angels coming up a lot. I'll have to look more into them!
