5 maybe 6 days of video in 42 seconds does not exactly allow for a frame by frame analysis.

But from a PT Barnum perspective it is a cool video

Didn't they discover it was a fake?.

A weeping statue is a statue which has been claimed to be shedding tears or weeping by supernatural means. Statues weeping tears of a substance which appears to be human blood, oil, and scented liquids have all been reported. Other claimed phenomena are sometimes associated with weeping statues such as miraculous healing, the formation of figures in the tear lines, and the scent of roses.

These events are generally reported by some Christians, and initially attract some pilgrims, but are in most cases disallowed by the upper levels of the Church or proven as hoaxes.

Reported weeping statues are most often of the Virgin Mary and are at times accompanied by claims of Marian apparitions. However, to date only one single example of a combined weeping statue and apparition (namely Our Lady of Akita) has been approved by the Vatican and the rest have usually been dismissed as hoaxes.

An unusual nature of the Our Lady of Akita apparitions was that unlike other cases the entire nation of Japan was able to view the tears of the statue of the Virgin Mary on national television.[SUP][1][/SUP]

Explain what :unknw:

What you see is what you get someone was flirting with the editing.

I think vibration is a perfect explanation, especially if the base is not perfectly flat.

Except if you watch the video again the last day of filming it doesn't move at all....and on the spot rotation is a bit wierd too....hmmmmmm.

that is because you see what the producer wants you to see.

But it does seem to move most when there if foot traffic in the room. The base could be irregular and its rotating until it hits an area on the bottom that is making better contact with the table surface.

If there is a little wobble to it, it can "walk" a little at a time. The wobble only has to be slight and it does look to be moving most while people are walking around. I know there are times where it is moving where people are not in frame, but they could still be walking around in the room out of the field of view causing the floor to vibrate. It's a perfectly plausible explanation.

Stop motion photography is even more plausible

if you are to believe the video there is not much foot traffic over all and all of it seems to be exiting

Not in frame...but hell, my floor vibrates when someone is walking around in the other end of the house!
