An Invention You Wish You Came Up With?

The Pet Rock - easy to put together, low overhead and a huge seller. My only worry is what impact my selling of lots of baby rocks would have on the environment once they grow up and people can no longer provide proper care and housing. I guess I have to face the facts I just don't have the stones for that kind of business, I'd end up rehoming abandoned rocks and taking a loss on it.

I would like to know who invented clothes. Imagine watching the women walking around naked all the time.

On the other hand there are some I rather not see naked.

About 15 yrs ago I was finishing up a meeting with a supplier, I have my cell phone, a pager, a palm pilot and a digital camera all strewn across the desk we were working on. I said, "you know, someone should figure out a way to combine all these devices!"

Get this. For over 100 years the ball didn't just drop out of a net. ONE HUNDRED FUXXXXX YEARS to work that out.

"The peach baskets were used until 1906 when they were finally replaced by metal hoops with backboards. A further change was soon made, so the ball merely passed through."
