My issue was with Logan (11 months ago).

She tried to take advantage of me, because she knew I'm easy to push around.

Looks like I push back a little. My private message is open, Garden of Eden.

First I want to publicly apologize for the lack of service you received from Logan. Its not only a shock to hear about this but also very surprising. This is not the type of service I want to be known for providing. I would try to find out what happen from her side, but its been over 11 months and I doubt Logan would remember. Logan has been with GOE for a few years now and has lots of positive reviews and regulars. I will talk to her about this, but I know that this not the type of service she is known for providing.

I am also sorry to hear you had your appointment with Holly canceled and had to wait outside. While we try our best to make sure every appointment goes off without a hitch, there are sometimes bumps in the road. I am wondering why you didn't just wait in the lobby? There is also a Starbucks and a Subway not too far.

Secondly, I would like to thank you for giving GOE another chance and for not letting this situation with Logan effect your view of this industry.

I will be contacting you soon by PM soon to discuss how we can compensate you for your disappointment.

Next time please contact me directly asap and don't let it wait 11 months. Unless you contact me about your complaints, I have way of knowing. Unfortunately I do not have time to monitor all the reviews people post looking to see who has a complaint and who doesn't. I think its only fair that if you have a legitimate complaint that you contact the service directly.

Man am i disappointed. I prebooked an appointment with Vanessa for noon today. Got the call yesterday afternoon that I'm cancelled. Enjoy her you lucky bastards. Christmas- Bah humbug.

Was there an explanation for the cancellation, or do you think you got bumped?

I will have to check with my phone staff to be 100% sure, but I am pretty sure he was a no show. It looks like he tried to post something recently but then deleted some of the info. I really not sure what to make of it.

I posted a review about Vanessa.

I understand my posts may have been weird or unclear. Maybe it's lack of sleep. Sorry for the confusion.

Vanessa is a great person. I posted a detailed review. She is money well spent.

Logan is also a very nice girl. Maybe she was tired that day.

I'm not concerned about money, but felt disrespected.

I want to state that Logan is a great choice in Toronto and Garden of Eden is always great. This is my honest opinion. Sometimes everyone has an off day, I get it.
