apparently wearing a bra is bad....

not sure I agee but it does make sense I suppose, so I guess I may let mine wobble to and fro....... or not.... lol! After my augmentation my surgeon was insistent that I always wear a bra.....I suppose there'll be those pro and con, like in anything

I need to hold them and upon examination I will be able to access if it is safe for you to let them wobble to and fro.....

I stumbled onto this research a few years ago and quit wearing a bra except when I'm out in public.

It's true, they look and feel much better and I hope I never have to go back to wearing one every day.

It might not work the same for women who've had breast augmentation, due to after effects of the surgery on the tissue?

Yes maybe that's the reason...I found it curious that a breast surgeon would want their patients to wear a bra because when augmentation is done, especially when the implant is placed under the muscle they create a pocket which is much like a built in bra, but perhaps I'm missing something, either way going without is much more comfy, but for me probably to late for mine to become more perky or "stabilized", lol, as I've been wearing a bra pretty much 24/ 7 for the past 10 yrs
