If you are getting a refund will you be spending a portion of it on SP's/MP's and in turn if you have to pay back are you cutting back on the hobby?

I always get money back. RRSP is the way to go. I ask my back to monthly withdraw $400, better that putting the whole chunk at the end of the year.
