Depending on how serious the item is that I find on the ground, I will either pick it up off the ground and put it somewhere easily visible for the person who dropped it to find, or take it to lost & found. I am often juggling so many things for work etc that I tend to lose or drop quite a bit of stuff myself.

Gread video MB! I would have returned the glasses too. I remember when I was in my early 20s, I found 20 dollars but I knew it belonged to this particular person. I didnt return it to him. Instead I spent it but the guilt trip was too unbearable. I felt guilty for a long time. I know it is only 20 bucks but I would prefer to have a peaceful mind instead of my subsconcience pestering me for a long time. Even now I still regret it.
