I've been slacking since the new year. My arms now look like a tube sausage, my belly is soft and I just don't like walking around without my shirt on!

Bosco how long will it take to return to form dammit?

I'm going to be so sore tomorrow I know it. I did chest, back and the treadmill today.

I can feel my chest already tightening up!

I need massage, Melanie *hint**hint*

Even Mel told me to get back to the gym, she said I was starting to remind her of

but you have to admit I'm cute!!

!

I find that if a trainee takes 3 months off for example they can usually get everything back in about half the time they took off.

The key is to start off ridiculously light, Probably at 50% of what you used to do, and gradually work up from there.

Takes some patience for sure but pays off big time in the end.

It's exactly what I did today.

Before, dumb bell bench press 100lbs -today 50lbs
bent over rows 225 lbs-today 135lbs
before half an hour run on the tread mill=today 10 minutes.

I only did 2 exercises for chest and 2 for back plus a run on the tread mill.

Everyone else looked huge today, I hate that! LOL

Looks too me that you have a really good grasp on what you are doing.

Thanks Bosco!

The cutie that works at the gym ran up and gave me a big welcome back hug, now that's motivation to go back tomorrow but I hope she doesn't squeeze to hard. :blush2:
