I just had a discussion last week with a young lady who was going to get breast implants on some already nice 34 B's and some slight nose work on what I though was an already beautiful nose. Without getting into discussions about tampering with nature and the relative virtues of natural vs. augmented I am sure there are some experts who have seen a full range of results.

1. Does anyone have any insights from personal experience about what they would or would not do? I would say in hindsight but that is a different category.
2. What are the differnt results produced by under the muscle, over the muscle, through the armpit, or belly button, nipple, etc? Does silicone look or feel more realistic than saline? Is cost a factor in these decisions?
3. What about different shapes like teardrop vs. champaigne glass? What amount of uptilt looks right and how do things settle in over time? Are different brands better for different shapes?
4. Are there any brands that are better and do most Toronto SPs or MPAs just talk to their peers to pick the right doctors? Can you forecast the weather through increased or decreased barometric pressure?
5.Does anyone ever just get an uplift without adding anything? Can scarring or hardening be predicted or lessened by a particular choice or follow up?

Over time if you are around this hobby you somtimes see some results that are better than mother nature and some results that can look not as good. I know there are some experts from experience here.

you can put a BMW emblem on a Ford Focus but under the hood and on the inside you still have a Ford.

You can't do Russian on a BMW emblem. That being said, you are missing the point of the thread. This is not about what we might like, but about what choices there are just for the sake of curiosity.

Hello,

I have funded my share of implants over the years, and seen a number of different approaches. The surgeon that I have the most experience with is Dr.Ron Levine, I sent several women to him, including my wife, for implants and tummy-tucks, as well as botox and fillers, and he always did an excellent job. He is very experienced, teaches at UofT, is a real plastic (not cosmetic) surgeon, etc.

The most important factor in the decision is choosing the surgeon, then you let him basically decide everything else. I don't know what brand of implants my wife or friends have, they are whatever Dr.Levine wanted to use. The best technology is cohesive gel, saline and regular silicon are now obsolete. The only real decision to make is size, the main conversation the surgeon has with the patients is convincing them that they implant size they want is not physically possible. So even with that, it is better to ask the surgeon what size will look best and work with the skin that is available. More women end up wishing they went bigger than wishing they went smaller.

So my advice is to ask lots of women with implants who their surgeon was, and how it went, and then really feel their implants, which is surprisingly easy to get away with, at least for women. Then make a list of some surgeons, and go for a consultation, and see what they recomend, in terms of size and approach, and decide who you feel most comfortable with. Dr. Levine runs seminars where he talks about implants, shows slides of before and afters, and brings some patients to look at and feel. I assume other surgeons may do so also, it is a good way to start to educate yourself. I can connect you with Dr. Levine if you are interested, or he is easy to find with Google.

I should also point out, since this is my first post at HUBGFE, that I am not actually Dr. Levine. I have many posts on other boards as C Dick, which you can verify easily enough, if you are concerned that I am shilling. But I plan to make HUBGFE my escort review home from now on, you will see.

Actually my point was you need to realize that changing what people see, does nothing to change what you did not like in the first place.

Over a period of time, you may have seen a few ladies, who recently had their procedures, where you got the impression that the results were better than mother nature. However, if you were to follow those particular ladies over time, the results would not necessarily be better over time.

The visuals with implants are nice but the nice soft feel isn't there. Over time I've seen implants and naturals take a beating, I don't believe the aging factor cares either way, it's going to take it's pound of fat.

I like these.

As someone who is enhanced, the most important thing is doing your research and being sure about doing it. Make sure the reasons are the right reasons.

Do your research on doctors. Do your research on complications because the reality is, the lady will more likely than not be affected by some side effect or complication. There is no way to know how anyone's body is going to react to a foreign object. Hardening scar tissue is one of the common complications.

Make sure the implant is going to fit the frame. Under the muscle looks more natural.

Massage, massage, massage, massage, massage. I can't stress this enough. At first they're hard and completely fake looking. But over time, with gravity and massaging, they'll drop and soften up and have a more natural look. Mine bounce, are squishy and jiggle like natural breasts do.

I hope this helped! :)
