You are correct, but this one is pretty cut and dried. It's been a month now and the only claim is self defence? Where are the details supporting that statement?

1) The white male calls 911
2) he's in a car
3) he has a gun

The ONLY way this could be self defence is if the kid attacked the car which, if happened, there would be damage to it.....

This is worst than the rodney king situation.....this is wrong on so many levels. If the police do NOT arrest this idiot, they're going to have hell on their hands and it will be well deserved.....
