the problem with vinyl seats in old cars is that they'd crack and split....then when you were naked, they'd pinch like a motherfucker....OUCH......

I still remember when the first ad appeared for gremlins. A lady drove into a gas station and the guy came out to service her and said "hey lady, where's the rest of your car"??

I think it was the first, or one of the first, hatchbacks.

My first "real"girlfriend had a powder blue pinto that she could borrow from her mom, bucket seats...managed to get it done a couple times but the gremlin was better...doesnt say much for the pinto does it lol

Anyone remember the problem with the pintos burning? It was traced back to a bolt on the rear differential that would puncture the gas tank in a bad rear end collision....
