I need to stop eating Timmies...
Even sugar....I am getting serious in my work outs again
I need to strengthen my core.....

Would you all mind Please Giving me so Ideas to help
me with my sugar in take.....

This was what my body looked like before....


I feel I look like this now....



It the sugar, need to cut out.....

How can I do it without become like a Crazy Person.....

As far as timmies go it is the combination of sugar and the added fat from frying

You can consider switching to homemade muffing using shredded carrots, honey, maple syrup or raw sugar in place of the refined sugars. You will bet a sweet and tasty treat. Consider using unbleached flour, oats, rye or whole wheat. Adding raisin, cranberries or mango will make them sweeter. But for a real treat make a poppy seed and basil muffin.

Once you successfully cut them out you won't even be able consume as much without it feeling like a sugar overload. Try using stevia or agave syrup for sweeteners. If you go hard with no sugar for about two weeks your body will rid itself of the cravings. It's only two weeks so give it all you've got.
