He refused to follow the boss's order's. I think he is just a mental case.
According to police, Star Tran bus driver Troy Fischer, 43, was cited on suspicion of misdemeanor assault in connection with the March 23 incident.
Officials said that surveillance video from the bus showing Fischer push and repeatedly strike passenger Torrance Rose indicated a "clear violation of assault."
Fischer was suspended without pay, pending the outcome of the investigation. He has since been terminated from employment.
The Department of Public Works, of which Star Tran is a division, said Fischer first notified his supervisor of a problem with a passenger and was instructed to allow the passenger to leave the bus voluntarily or call the police.
"Mr. Fischer disregarded that directive," said Miki Esposito, director of Public Works. "The video conclusively established that the passenger was in no way threatening, menacing or belligerent in his conduct."
Esposito said that Star Tran had no reason to believe Fischer would engage in such behavior.
"There were no warnings or red flags," Esposito said.

That is totally crazy. The union gives to much protection. First it's texting and now fighting. I guess we need robots lol.
He was fired, where does the union come into it?
