Cachet Ladies Report Very Unproffesional and Abusive Agency

Well like I said, I've spoken to ladies I know that work there as well as the owner and as well all know there's 3 sides to every story. However I rarely hear complaints from the ladies there just like I rarely hear complaints about any of the other agencies from their ladies.

The most complaint I hear is.... it's been a slow month and I hear that from everyone every now and then.

Remember it's easy enough to make up shit and make it sound legit but this "complaint" was posted by newbies on other sites and I have heard that some people were sent this info via pm. Not sure about how lovelatina came across it.

Was searching info on Kera Freeland's killer/arrest and stumble upon Cachet report.

I wouldn't doubt it is rare to hear complaints when you are still working there. Taking more than 50% of the cut just seems wrong, but then again there are people that happily pay 18% credit card interest rates so go figure.

This was written by a naive academic with no previous experience in the industry, and it sounds like she suffered from 'culture shock'. My introduction to working as a SP was very similar, and I was equally horrified with the environment at the agency I started at, but now that I've been in the biz for eight years, this scenario sounds pretty normal.

I don't know about you guys, but Sarah's post is more alarming than comforting!

Shiek, with respect, I know you're trying to help, but unless you can speak for the agency or directly to the substance of the OP's complaints, you're not really helping the situation. Even worse, you may be compromising your own credibility by defending the agency. We are all grown ups and we didn't come here straight from Sunday School. We can decide for ourselves.

No legitimate agency I know takes a 50% cut of the fee. But some of the lower priced agencies that charge 200 or less an hour do have to cover their staff such as phones, drivers, laundry and maid service not to mention rental, advertising and other related costs of running an agency so it can get pretty damn close to 50%. Most CC calls cost a 20% premium and in some cases more.

The only exemptions to this are pimps..... its one of the reasons why I hate them so much and some of the criminal gang operated business that have smuggled in girls to work as slaves. Cachet is neither. They remain low key on the boards and always have.

Which is why pimping (living off the avails) is illegal, but being a manager/owner of a legitimate escort business is not.

The OP posted what he found online on a "rip off site" and was questioning it's legitimacy. He even stated that. He wasnt voicing a complaint.

I'm friendly with a large number of agency owners cachet included. It has been mentioned to him and is aware of it. Thats what my credibility is based on.

I've seen similiiar accusations made against other agencies, most who are paying advertisers here. The vast majority off the time, its false accusations, while a minority are based on fact. The ones actually based on fact have been made known to the moderators here to keep an eye on.

I appreciate all of that. If your close connections allow you to provide specific insights, that would be helpful. If the mods want to act upon false accusations, they can do so. Given what has been conceded about this agency, even by you, it would appear that at least some of the allegations have a modicum of truth (e.g., credit card splits).

Your credibility is hard earned and valuable. Use it wisely and think of the long-term viability of this board. That's all I'm suggesting.

Seems like there is enough facts in it to make it half credible, but disagreeing with their rates and services doesn't seem like an accurate way of judging whether this story is true or not true lol.

I disagree with a couple of the complainer's shocked report: I don't see any reason why she should expect or be surprised that an agency who is legally only permitted to advertise escort services should make STD testing a requirement of working for them. It seems like a big red flag to LE that the employees are expected to provide sexual services, which would be living off the avails, which would highlight illegal activity. It would be stupid of them to actually require it. I know that in an mp someone needs to have a health check to be a licensed practitioner as an employee, but I don't see how she can feign surprise at it not being an employment policy.

As for the other sps waiting for calls, how rude and judgmental is she anyway? So what if the other ladies aren't studying for a graduate degree or do homeword while waiting. I just found those comments to reveal a lot about her, not them, really.

And as for the agency cut and drivers fees, welcome to the wonderful world of agencies. If you don't want agencies to get a cut of the donation, work independently and cover all the costs yourself. The agency can only do so much, if someone isn't getting repeat clients from their efforts, then they really aren't making much of an effort. Any new sp should be able to be quite busy. If she is such a princess that she expects to get 400/hr anyway, maybe she should have scaled back her own expectations and gone to a different agency.

As an educated student, she should have done some research and chosen an agency based on more than just the hourly donation, but instead gone to one that gets well reviewed and frequently reviewed. That would be the agency (or agencies) to sign up with, the ones that would keep you much busier than a more 'elite' one.
