Call For Zero Tolerance: Against Women Abuse in this Industry.(Ban together)

These abusers are the same men who were bullies and abusers in school. I believe they are doing a better job of identifying them at an earlier age and at least trying to correct behaviors. If behavior modification I not working they should be castrated before they are able to reproduce.

How do agencies protect against abuse?

When I was in Mexico City brothel, there was a guy standing outside the room with a gun. I assume it was to protect the girl and not me. Obviously that security can't happen here, but what security measures do agencies take?
-When I ran my agencies I took great care in screening clients, would wait outside the call locale for the girl, to make sure she was okay/safe and would only accept calls to places I myself would go, that being said things still would happen. Quite a few times I'd have to go in and break up fights between clients and girls, often times they were caused by the girls not the clients. Honesty in this biz is not common, lol and now as an independent I still find most of the "trouble" comes from girls in the biz not clients.
A lot of the rumors, online bashing, negativity is from other sp's, some will start it on their own, others will convince some of their clients, so's, and peers to take part so seeking support within the industry can sometimes be a futile endeavor. People are cliquey, and many will dislike you just because their friends or "partners" dislike you, just the way it is. To be in this biz one simply has to be resilient, thick skinned, able to stand on their own and know that others opinions and comments are just that and not worth stressing over and in most cases believing. I follow this quote I've printed on my website... {quote}" when you stop caring what other people think of you, you've come dangerously close to freedom:)

"Ban together and zero tolerance for abuse"-it is a nice thought and one would hope all would want this, but sadly that doesn't appear to be the case and until those within the industry stop perpetuating stigmas and causing troubles to one another how can we expect those outside of the industry to stop.

A very enlightening post!

I don't like when girls are agressively insulted or bullied. I have spoken out many times in denfense of various escorts. I have been banned from boards because of my defense of certain escorts against bullies. I have spoken out when very few (less than 1%) have joined me in defending a woman from a bully. Very few people stand up to bullies, but I do. In every facet of my life, even my work life.

Most people talk a big game about standing up for what is right, but they rarely do it. I put my actions where my mouth is, so-to-speak. I don't care what the crowd says or wants, I do what I think is right, consequences be damned.

I want to say that if you read my reviews, I rarely - if ever - insult a woman. Even the girls I don't recommend, I don't spend too much time insulting. Read my reviews and you will see I review very well. I don't bully women at all.

I have been the recipient of bullying on the part of escorts many times. Mostly, from escorts who disagree with my posts because it doesn't jive with their way of thinking. I have had about 4 or 5 escorts request I be banned because they didn't like my non-review posts on various boards. I have never done the same to any escort.

Lastly, most escorts only care about money. If they know a client is a disrespectful client, they will still see that client because they want the clients business. If escorts really cared about civility, they would not accept bullies as clients. But 99/100 times, they do. So, it is on the escorts to police the industry for best results.

You've made some good points here, but you also have contradicted yourself. If your reviews are positive and have no agenda other than to help someone then good on you. But your non-review posts are often agenda filled and critiqued because you continuously demean women in them and it does appear that you do this to purposely cause drama. So you aren't being completely truthful nor understanding others viewpoints.
I agree with your last statement and your comment about standing up to bullies, everyone should.But.... this industry is rife with cliques. those who need a platform, who want to lead, who need notoriety and yes, who also want to make ALL the $$. I've spoke to a few girls about why they'll see a client that's is known to be rude, crude abusive and other things and yes it all goes back to the $$.It doesn't seem to matter what's been done to miss a or miss b, as long as it isn't done to them they'll see the client. It is also sad that so many girls cow tow to the fantasy of liking what they do, when in truth it's just the opposite. Which I can't understand....if this isn't something you like then you shouldn't be doing it.

I can't understand why anyone would want to hurt someone if intimacy is what you're after.

Because for some the violence is the only way they can express it.
These people are incapable of a normal relationship and are often continuing a cycle they experienced as a child.
You also have the Sociopath who escalates in their violent action and see themselves as being superior to others.

The question is a complex one and in most case boils down to very dangerous people who seem normal.

@Papa and Guido, it's not just about physical violence though, some who seek services and those who offer them will get off on manipulating, toying with and ruining others lives, relationships and reputations. It's a mind game, well.... a game for them. To see who they can take down.... and those people are far more dangerous imo than those who are physical.

That is the Sociopath. All part of the escalation.

The disingenuousness is strong in him.

I am sorry but you are contradicting yourself. First of all MAL was being honest and I don't see how he was demeaning anyone. It doesn't mean I agree with him but you went too far. I also noticed you were demeaning to others by calling them specific names or accusing them of having a hidden agenda. Meanwhile MAL SAYS what he feels. If someone disagrees with him that is her or his choice but I don't see how he was demeaning if he was being honest.

No need to be sorry, I'm not:)2nd of all I'm being honest too:), I'm speaking from my experiences and of those I've interacted with. Just because you don't see how he was being demeaning does not mean he wasn't. funny how you can side with MAL for as you put it "being honest" yet you infer my comments to be dishonest and you call them demeaning, lol, . So only those you agree with are honest and the rest of us are name callers and dishonest? Funny:)

every post Mal makes he says something demeaning abut women.... he's as misogynistic as they come !! .and you call him honest.....:rofl!:

Everyone has an opinion and as for the industry both camps will have their own agenda.

The sale side and the purchase side have their own perception on how everyone should act but it's from their side of the window.

When it comes to anything we do and I say this to everyone, try and wear the other person's shoes. Look at it from the opposite side of the street and ask yourself, HOW WOULD I WANT TO BE treated if this were me? Client or Provider, if you answer this question honestly it will make you a better person.
