According to that article, yes it can be done but believe me, it's a LONG drawn out process. You have to call the cops and have them actually show up 3 times, then file a complaint with the property manager or owner, then have a hearing, then the tenant would only be issued a warning, then I believe it is 3 more occurances before you can actually get them evicted.

I am SO glad I no longer live in a multi-unit dwelling...OMFG I've had some bad neighbours.....
