Kudos to both Muckin and Taylor for addressing this diplomatically yet bluntly. I have always been a fan of Mirage's customer service, staff, and roster. I am also a fan of Muckin's reviews and perspective. If Catherine comes out of this with her head up and a revived perspective then everyone stands to benefit. It's this straight talk and no BS that make me happy to be linked to many great people on this blue board.
