I'll read between the lines and say your experience was probably even worse than how you posted. Seems Catherine hails back to the type of girl who thinks her looks will carry her. Looks get me in the door, but it's how she makes me feel that makes me come back to see her.

I honestly went back and forth in my head about whether or not to reply to this thread, however, it's taking on a life of it's own and I feel the need to clarify a few points.

I spoke with the OP immediately after his session - I thanked him for taking the time to relay the feedback, apologized for his poor session and he has been made aware to chat with me next time he wishes to book and a resolution will be made.

Catherine was made aware of this feedback and came upon this review herself (as the client mentioned HUBGFE to her during his session). She was horrified and incredibly embarrassed as she values her reviews and loves coming to Toronto to work when she can. She disagrees with some parts of this review but I would prefer to not turn this into a he said/she said issue as the client was incredibly polite throughout our dealings and no disrespect will be shown to him.

Catherine admitted that she indeed dropped the ball and recognizes where she went wrong in this session. She took the criticism well and has considerably upped her game since this incident (the next day I had not 1 but 2 of her clients call back with glowing reviews of her and her service, both have since re-booked with her for her next tour). She wanted me to offer the OP a makeup session with her to give her a chance to set things right, that is open to him. If he chooses to see another girl (which I would completely understand) then he knows to chat with myself and arrangements will be made to make up for the poor session.

Catherine is indeed a beautiful girl, but her personality truly outshines everything when I work with her. I am so pleased to have her as part of our team and I feel she deserves the chance to accept her mistake and prove herself before being written off or slagged on a public review board by those who have not met her.

I've said my part and will not be commenting further on this thread. I would like to thank the OP once again for being a pleasure to deal with during this unfortunate situation and I look forward to speaking with him again.

I agree on both a classy response and very classy on the SP's part to want to make up for the last session.

Thank you Taylor, very classy response, as you were when we spoke. I was reluctant to say anything but felt I needed to, thank Catherine for the offer I will take it under consideration, she is a beautiful girl with a fantastic body. I'm glad to hear others have been pleased with her, we can't expect the girls to have their A game for every session. Mirage is top notch as always.

no DB it wasnt worse than I stated, I didn't hold back at all. Could have been a ymmv situation, as you can see mirage handled it well and it seems she's picked up her game.
 
Muckin, thank you so much for the honest interpretation of your encounter. That is what a review is all about but. It not only helps us, the board,but it also helps the agency and girl know (if done honestly, and I trust Muckin) the areas to improve and the constructive criticism (keeping in mind YMMV), with respect and sincerity, to overall success and happiness for everyone involved.

Mirage's response is not surprising in the least. Time and time again they have showed how much they care not only for the client and their satisfaction but for their girls well being, happiness and success. Customer service at its best!

I think she's a can't go wrong kind of girl now. She's obviously hot and once the service is there how can one go wrong??

Thanks for the review Muckin. To be honest, I am not going to see her and she was on my TDL. There are far too many other gems at Mirage to see that are can't go wrong. In the last few months I have been repeating with many of the ladies at Mirage.

No offence to anyone. I think Mirage handled this well as always and they are my go-to agency.
