It's the 1 year anniversary of my heart-attack...watching the movie Meet Joe Black.. lol
will never forget when the elephant stood on my chest, crushing it all the way to the back...thats what it felt like amongst the pinching of the back of my arms...my head; I wanted it to explode rather than feel the pain which seemed to last an eternity
EMS came they told me I had a panic-attack so I didn't go to the hospital and next morning I had at least 4 more milder heart attacks before I called them again.
My heart is now more damaged than if the EMS took me to hospital right away, diagnosis was a 90% occlusion of the main artery to my heart...what do the lawyers around here think about that? do I have a case against EMS?
This is is not the 1st time EMS diagnosed me sooooo wrong. A few years ago my arm was broken in a domestic fight... short of the broken bone piercing through the skin, EMS told me and the cops that it wasn't broken. The cops arrested both parties and cuffed my hands in the back, I recall such excruciating pain that I managed to get my arm out of the cuff. Anyway long story short I didnt go to the doc/hospital for 3 weeks because EMS told me it was not broken. Over the years now I still feel a bit of pain in my arm where it was broken, not sure if thats natural or because it didn't get set for 3 weeks after it was broken.
On the broken arm I think the time run out to sue EMS cuz its been over 2 years, but this 2nd wrong diagnosis could have actually cost me my life...whats a girl to do?
