Here is my POV review:

I found Charley to be sweet and innocent looking upon meeting her, man was I wrong!

I would rate Charley as being comparable to Effie in terms of personality and service , both have a quiet , reserved personality I found , a definite sexy shyness about them, where as Heidi has a more outgoing , flamboyant personality.
