I'd rather have a civvie just for the fact of knowing she actually is into me as opposed to me being her job. That being said I've experienced some wonderful professionals that when in time of need I would never hesitate to re-visit.

Yeah, definitely! The one's I see regularly, are quite glad to see me, as much as I'm glad to see them. I wouldn't categorize it as being in a relationship with them, but more like being fuck-buddies. They are really into me, while we're together, and we have a good time together. There's nothing fake about it, any more than there is anything fake about your drinking buddies, or your golf buddies, or your office buddies, just in this case they are your fuck-buddies. Would any of them take a bullet for me? No, but that's not necessary to be friends.

For me, it's also a need for variety mixed in with the convenience. I've made some wonderful connections with some Companions in the past, and looking forward to doing so in the future, but the sleepy cuddling intimacy I have with my GF is something that has built over time, and a different flavour to my heart and brain.

I would never cheapen the intimacy I have with either, but this is an apt comparison: Sometimes I want a sumptuous 4 course meal, but sometimes all I want is a good burger.

So yeah, I like both.

Is it that shocking to agree with me? Thank you for having the intestinal fortitude to make the claim, it's much more rewarding than seeing a picture of a troll. I do see the difference between love and lust and it would seem lust is a play when it's pay for play.
