Story I heard this morning is he fell 800 feet................He was not wearing a safety harness because he was supposed to be working on the 3rd floor.............where a harness would not be required.

It's quite sad and you should see other developing countries that do not use a harness at all. some of the workers wear flip flops or bare feet.

And we complain about too much safety....................Back in the day we would just walk across the beams now we have to use ladders or lifts.
