Ok start it off and give us a good pulled pork recipe that any of us can do!

you need one pork butt around 10 pound

Brine the butt for 24 to 48 hours in

1 gallon apple cider
1 head chopped garlic
1 large onion rough cut
1 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons sea salt
2 tablespoons cracked pepper corn

Place pork butt in a deep plastic container

Add mixture and add water until pork but is covered.

Cover container and refrigerate for 24 to 48 hours

once the brining is done you remove the pork butt from the brine and pat dry with a paper towel

next thing you will do is a simple rub on it

I recommend sea salt, pepper, crushes red peppers and honey.

place in a roasting pan and add 1 can Guinness and water to cover the butt 1/3 of the way up.

Cover with foil and cook at 225f for 30 minutes per pound.

Should have a 200f or so internal temp when you remove it.
Remove from oven and roasting pan

Tightly wrap the butt in foil and let cool

once cool use two forks to shred the meat.

heat in a saute pan with your favorite BBQ sauce and serve

Here's Jerks special Jerk Chicken recipe. The ingredients you will need are as follows

1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 (2 to 3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1/4 cup olive oil

Make the jerk rub by combining the salt, allspice, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic, nutmeg, pepper, ginger, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and thyme. Toss the chicken pieces with the spice mixture, then cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Pour the vegetable oil into a baking dish. Place the chicken pieces skin-side up into the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. Turn the oven on to broil, and cook until the skin crisps, 2 to 5 minutes.

Then enjoy the Jerk!

On a cold day I love a good meat loaf.

Anal's special meat loaf!

2 pounds ground beef

2 eggs

1 onion and 2 garlic cloves , chopped

1 cup milk

salt and pepper to taste too taste of course

a palms full of brown sugar

a squirt of mustard and ketchup, make it a good squirt

and don't forget the bread crumps but if you prefer you can crush crackers instead for a better flavor.

Now you can do this 2 ways. You can combine it all together. Put it in a lightly greased pan and bake for 350 for one hour

or

In a separate bowl mix the brown sugar ketchup and mustard well and pour over the meatloaf.

Try both ways you will love Anal's Meatloaf. The name might now sound appetizing but the end result is good!

well you have to first de-bone.

Then you have all kinds of options.

How would you like to cook it?

I just read about it the other day and think there was a post here once. Oven baked at 350-450 would be the only option.
