I usually Google a recipe when I decide to cook. I look for easy recipes to follow. The other day I felt like meatballs and used this one and I was very happy with the result.

Repo's glorious baked sweet potato


Peel and evenly cube about 6 sweet potato

Chop and dice one onion

Place on an oiled pan, preferably olive oil,

Spread the potato in the pan and mix in the onion.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic power, cinnamon and sprinkle more olive oil on top.

Stir it up and bake at 400 for about 40 minutes stirring it about 3 times during the bake.

It's like eating candy!
