The real problem is now though, a reputation is being created that automatically injects suspicion of a setup, so people who are legitimately abused by LE, will have a bigger fight on their hands to prove abuse.

If its a riot, its already out of hand, "mini" or not.

To me, these are occurring far too often, looking like they are setup, with a group of people, who just happen to be at the right place, at the right time.

And once again, if these events are being staged, ain't doing those who are being abused by cops, any good at all.
