Watch: Elephants prevent big rig from tipping over!

• An 18-wheeler carrying 3 circus elephants got stuck on the side of the road
• The truck was about to tip over when 2 elephants came out and held it up

Three elephants were traveling from Louisiana to Texas to perform in the circus when their truck got stuck in the mud -- and they helped prop it up!

On Tuesday morning, the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Deputies got a call requesting assistance for a stranded 18-wheeler on I-49 in Louisiana. When deputies arrived at the scene, they saw two elephants propping up the big rig to keep it from falling. A local wrecker service later came to help out.

The truck got stuck after the driver pulled onto the shoulder of the road and sunk in the mud. No citations were issued.
