I should add, I thumbed through them, got some giggles and put them back. I didn't feel like buying a couple of books that would just sit on the floor/shelf and gather dust because there was no point/interest in reading them.

Well it's easier to say sex sucks than to say

It has been my finding, in my limited experience, is greatly overrated. As such I have found it generally, but not always, to be a rather disappointing experience. I hear people refer to the Big O, I generally have a oh-meh. Afterwards, I don't feel elated or have a happy after glow. My usual feelings afterwards include guilt, disappointment, regret, and buyer's remorse. Never mind the expense, and time and energy spent, or the stress brought about leading up to it.

Now I can honestly say I don't feel any of my experiences were bad to the degree of HOF's VB incident.

While I have had pleasant times of and experiences, the number of "meh" experiences quantitatively outweigh them.

I could say the above, but I feel saying "Sex Sucks" is much easier and direct to the point, although I will admit that it is slightly inaccurate.

Actually Amy, you may wish to give this book a pass, unless your interest is purely inquisitive in nature. Naturally being a curious person, I sought out some reviews. According to the reviewers, the book is quite dated, even the updated anniversary edition. While it can be quite informative, the issues appear to arise if you are into more than vanilla hetro-sex. Some of the author's viewed regarding 'alternative' sexuality, and alternative types of arousal (kink) apparently are quite skewed.

Its how you taste your partner, how your partner smells, how confidant your partner is , how PASSIONATE your parnter is, how skilled, how comfortable you feel with them, how playful , how patient and slowly bringing the female to delicious orgasm ,.ALL crucial if you ask me !

I have to say this to the one poster : NEVER EVER put your sexual needs or desires or wants on the shelf. ! Never settle for horrible sex keeping silent and hoping it will get better. It will only get better if you have many of the above components in your partner.

Which explains a lot, as I'm missing move of the above components.
