Now that the warm weather is pretty much here, for the past few weeks I have been cycling to and fro work, I cycle as fast as possible, it takes about 30 minutes give or take a few minutes, depending on traffic. Man what a workout, my cardio fitness is great (resting pulse rate is approx. 58 per minute), also my quads and glutes have toned up.
