All you normal not perfect me can thank me.

[FONT=aller_lightregular]Now, you can probably gather that this is good news for all slightly out of shape, “normal” guys & fathers that describe their body types in their e-harmony profiles as “average”.

[FONT=aller_lightregular]The days of women fawning over the brolic, super ripped, doesn’t-touch-carbs-and-only-eats-boneless-chicken-breasts-for-dinner-every-night dude is over. We are now firmly entering the era of the undefined, slightly blobby, eat-whatever-the-fuck-you-want physique. It’s like we’ve stepped back into the very old days when being fat was super tight because it meant you were hella rich and literally eating good out here.

[FONT=aller_lightregular]The patron saint of the dadbod is Leonardo DiCaprio. This guy just doesn’t give two f@cks about his appearance. He takes the dadbod phenomenon a step further by growing out a bushy, wiry beard that looks like it has last weeks lunch hanging off of it – all of this while he uses Victoria’s Secret as his personal dating hot tub.

[FONT=aller_lightregular]It seems the term “dadbod” originated at a college-oriented website, so, apparently, even the younger members of the fairer sex are getting in on the dad action (dadction?) or, at least, the one chick who wrote the original joint is. “The dad bod says, ‘I go to the gym occasionally, but I also drink heavily on the weekends and enjoy eating eight slices of pizza at a time,'” says the piece’s writer, Mackenzie Pearson.

[FONT=aller_lightregular]Take this one as a mulligan from god himself, bros. There is absolutely no reason for women to come out of the woodwork and say they like the doughier versions of us, but according to they are doing it. Don’t ask any questions. Keep it moving. Actually, you know what? Don’t. Stay seated. You don’t want to lose that dadbod.

[FONT=aller_lightregular]What do you guys think of the dadbod?

I've never been a fan of a muscled body, I love men, all shapes and sizes, the outside wrapping is just that. The most exciting men I've met weren't even particularly attractive by most standards, but they were to me. Leo is a babe, he's a babe because he's giving, intelligent, aware and talented. All of that completely over shadows the exterior. I do hope many more start feeling this way, in both sexes. Beauty is nice to hold but it is the interior qualities of a person you'll want to hold ON to!

If you are with a man that only cares how good he looks or how many lbs he can dead lift, dump him.

Why be with a man who likes himself more than he likes you.

When a man or or woman works with their bodies for a loving they develop those bodies.

I find it funny that people who otherwise do no hard work spend so much time trying to look like they do.

It is not, white people are just too insecure and look out the physical too much that they neglect the internal sensations one's body can provide in life.

Not to Mention they Rip off their styles from us Asians but can't Rock it as Nicely

I've actually been racist to because of my Brown Lion Gut, but I know she's gonna give me the Best Sex because she knows she'll be Fucking LionMan for more than just a little hour or 2.

You mean for a LIVING?.

Broga yoga for men: more macho, less mantra

Men who crave the benefits of yoga, but recoil at sharing the experience with a room full of women are turning to Broga, a rugged take on the 3,000-year-old practice of movement and breath.

Broga celebrates the physical over the spiritual, and strength over flexibility. Experts say it sets men free to flex tight hamstrings without hearing invocations to Hindu deities or feeling inept next to a woman twisted like a pretzel.

“I consider myself an athletic guy, but have never been flexible and didn’t like the thought of embarrassing myself in front of a group of women," said financial analyst Eric Wright, 22, of San Jose, California.

Wright and his male colleagues use the video streaming service Grokker to practice.

“On Wednesdays we have a standing Broga appointment and anywhere from five to eight others will join me,” he said.

Grokker founder and Chief Executive Officer Lorna Borenstein said more men are adding yoga to their exercise routines as a cross-training tool for flexibility and improving recovery time.

“Men are a little late to the party, but we’re seeing more men in the workplace who find time to do yoga together a few times a week," she said.

Yoga instructor Robert Sidoti, based in Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts, is the creator and co-founder of the trademarked Broga Yoga, which so far has trained some 200 Broga instructors in at least 22 states.

Sidoti taught his first Broga class in 2009. His Broga Yoga videos are found on the Booya Fitness website, which offers on-demand fitness classes.

“A lot of guys were saying: 'I can’t touch my knees, let alone my toes. I would never go to a mostly women class and do things I’m no good at,'” said Sidoti, whose sequences are designed with men’s bodies in mind.

“We rarely go into poses that require deep forward bending, twisting and binding,” he said, adding a High Intensity Interval Training sequence is included.

Broga is also anatomically driven. “It’s not so much about feeling your heart center as feeling the stretch across your chest,” Sidoti said.

Jessica Matthews, senior adviser for health and fitness education at the American Council on Exercise, said most men tend to view yoga as a workout rather than a spiritual practice.

“They celebrate the physical,” said Matthews, who is also a yoga teacher.

Wright said Broga improved his hamstring flexibility. “Four months ago I couldn’t touch my toes and today I can almost reach my palms to the ground,” he said.
