I'm baffled. I don't know what kind of spas you guys are going to. Well, actually, I have a sneaking suspicion. DATY has been available at all of the reputable MPs and with the good MPAs I've attended.

Ironically, it is usually the case that DATY (and DFK) is refused by girls who offer full service.

I've experienced the no daty rule with a few ladies about a year ago. I won't name the ladies or the place but I will say they both are still working today at the same spa. The ladies expressed to me that they do not under any circumstance allow oral either way and I was surprised considering they were getting decent reviews. I'm assuming those particular reviewers were not into daty.

I believe he means why not simply surrender your BRP license and operate as an incall. I suppose the answer is that no smart owner would risk operating in the current grey area. For one thing, the current criminal code stands until the appeal is upheld AND the stay is lifted. Also, the bylaws are not likely to simply let a spa flip into an incall. It wouldn't be much of a stretch to argue that the spa still provides BRP, Holistic, Adult Entertainment or some other service to which existing bylaws apply. Bylaws apply to businesses even if they aren't licensed as such.

In any case, I'm not aware of any specific prohibition against DATY by bylaws. I can think of two indirect challenges. If the MPA wants to charge separately for DATY, then the pricing/services provision could be a problem. The "proper attire" requirement for MPAs would also pose a challenge unless the eating pussy through cotton/lace/barbed wire is acceptable to both parties.

I'd be more curious whether it makes more business/economic sense to go with an incall license (assuming it would allow the business to provide FS and "all lesser included services". LOL).

True enough. I've encountered restrictions and they were all definitely not FS girls. They just didn't offer it (or offer it to me).

Some girls like to reserve some acts of intimacy for their SOs. If you're providing FS, DFK and DATY may be your "personal" limit.

If I don't receive their A game from the first visit I don't chance it again. There is no need with so many to choose from, why waste $150 on a another possible "next time babe" . Another pet peeve of mine is PMS week. I've ran into some ladies working during their cycle. I pay for a BS and end up seeing a string, BIG turn off. They should not be working when the bottom half is completely off limits.

I agree 100%, I'm finding it a hit and miss. If it doesn't happen I'm not willing to play games. Same with the period thing, there should be a bylaw against them working . Sometimes the manager is helpful about who allows daty.

There can't be a bylaw against something that shouldn't be happening in the first instance. Plus, any legislated restriction would arguably be unconstitutional.

I'm ambivalent about a manager (in effect) promising certain activities. It can put the MPA in an awkward position. The manager (usually) hasn't gotten naked with the client and doesn't necessarily know about his hygiene. A guy's in-room demeanor can also vary greatly with his "public" persona.

What it *should be* is that the girl tells you upfront, before the session begins, that she has her period and then give you the option of choosing another girl. I'm told that many guys will not want to choose someone else. Indeed, the MPA often makes up for the session in other ways. Everyone wins.

Another possibility is that the girl is using the tampon as an asshole repellant. Several girls at the bchain use to insert a tampon on sessions new clients. If they warmed up to you during the session, they might pull it out. Sure freaked me out the first time!

I've always suspected this because I can't see a lady or management wanting them to work during Aunt Flo's visit.

But I agree the ladies should tell you upfront if they are going thru their period, even better the owners should give them time off. Other spas are not full service, meaning that BJs and sex are not openly available (or "on the menu"). At some of these spas, full services are simply not tolerated. At others, management may turn a blind eye if the MPA is discrete and it is done only with regulars.

Fortunately (or not), oral and full service is a lot more prevalent and easier to get than, say, five years ago.

I've actually had some ladies try to use daty as an upsell which is really a turn off if you have booked a body slide, I could understand if one only chose a basic service. I try not to go into mp's looking for fs or full service, I'd book an sp for that. It's more cost effective and guaranteed.

Agreed. The full service places are usually the B and C tier spas.

Yup I agree the owner should be made aware of it but it won't save the session.

I'd say the majority of MPA's at top spas don't allow DATY (at least for 1st time). However I have noticed it is becoming more prevalent as a menu item than say even 2 or 3 years ago.

I think it's the other way around. Most do but you get the odd one that makes MP's look like it's not to value for the dollar.
