I'm on a strange bed schedule now and I hate it. Last week I feel asleep at around 9:00 pm after being exhausted from work. Like clockwork after my body gets 6hrs of sleep I awake at 3:00am and lie awake until I have to leave for work. I've been repeating this for an entire week. Finally last night I've been able to break the cycle after making myself stay awake by listening to my brother bore me to tears over a late dinner.

Does anyone else go through such a rigorous sleep cycle or am I just getting old?

we need it to let our body work to repair itself from the days events
