Do you groom your body hair?

I'll start by saying that I am probably hairier than the average hairy guy. I have a good coating on my forearms, chest, abdomen and legs. It doesn't look like a sweater but it's still quite dense. Before a session with an SP or an MPA I usually run the trimmer over my body to shorten the hair a little. I don't get rid of it completely because shortening it a bit makes it a bit more sparse. I keep 'down there' neat and tidy as well.

So this past weekend before a trip to an MP I decided for whatever reason to go a lot shorter than I usually do. I figured it was a bad idea when I did it and it turned out to be so. The MPA i was with found it a bit uncomfortable and said it was a bit too prickly (she wasn't upset or anything). She suggested I either wax/shave it all off completely or leave it be if I didn't want to go that far.

With that said how do the hairy guys here deal with their body hair? Do you leave it as is? Have you had any issues where a provider didn't like your hair?

I was told that some places won't offer a nuru massage unless you are hairless.

I think it was LilyDivine on here that mentioned that guys should keep it tidy but never short as it feels like she's sitting on broken glass. :biggrin2:

I trim. I used to wax but the pain was not something worth the effort. Especially the genitals. :shout:

Being of Eastern European stock, I think I do have a grandmother that might have mated with a bear. Letting it grow free, I'd have chesthair that would put any 70's disco dude to shame. What I do, is that I trim down a week or so before I see a Companion, that way it blunts the hairs down to something manageable for the lucky lady.

I am naturally non hairy with maybe the exception of leg hair , I do trim all the hair on my body and the only hair I totally remove is on the shaft and boys , that I shave. I find it gets me great mileage and tonnes of attention where it counts. Similar to how i will give a lot of attention to a nice clean shaven kitty

I don't groom besides shaving my face because I'm scared I'll cut myself. I'm not overly hairy or at least I don't think I am.

My rule for SCs is long enough to be soft, or cleanly shaven off.

In general I use an electric shaver with a #2 or #3 head all over my body, except my pits, the day I get my hair cut. Anybody who's having sexual contact with anybody where you aren't confident about their monogamy and sexual history should be careful about completely removing hair, IMHO. Raw and exposed follicles, cuts, and irritated skin are all great vectors for disease transmission. Why wear a condom if every follicle on your balls is raw and you flip her into cowgirl? How well do you think that's going to protect you...
