I was able to video this girl winning to the manager about the restaurant she was trying to eat at in Disney World. The manager was very nice about it and she said she could charge him for sexual harassment for him pointing his finger at her!

The cop was fired, because he was stupid enough to identify himself by name. Officer Sal Rivieri, ladies and gentlemen, formerly one of Baltimore's finest traffic cops.

The uniform makes it look like his belt is about six inches above his bellybutton.

Only assholes and guys with a really small dick point their finger when they talk. That's usually the case, when cops, politicians, or lawyers do it. The gesture means 'I am a small man, trying to act tough. You will obey me, or see through my act'.

The exception is if the guy pointing his finger is wearing a custom tailored pinstripe suit. In that case, he might be a made man from a Mafia crew, and his words should be considered a final warning. Smiling while he does it is ill advised, unless his commanding officer is a friend of yours, who will set things straight, on your behalf.

You'd let your powerful friend handle it for you, because he would consider it disrespectful to him, if you took care of it yourself. That would be a serious breach of protocol and etiquette, not soon forgotten.
