Less than a month so start planning your bucket list.

Sell the house and will travel to places I have never been before. I have no family.

How about you?.

Sell the house and business. Give half the money to my family.

Rent a hotel for a month. Mexican with a different SP for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Thank him

then head out to spend some time with my daughter and son-in-law.

I would just let fate dictate my ending and continue to live my life as is.

No regrets.

Spend time with my loved ones. Cash all my investments and give it to them.

I would spend as much time with my family as possible. Maybe 1 last session to outdo all sessions. An overnighter, or multi hour duo with 2 of my favorites :)

But 99% of my time would be spent with family.

I would kick the shit out of a few people that rub me the wrong way, this way I'd go out with a smile.

Give blood
Make sure to write in my driver's licence to donate my organs
Write a will
Take 20% of my money and go wild for a week. Last three weeks to do charity work and spend time with my loved ones.

Give blood

You are dying and you wish to pass on the disease?

Make sure to write in my driver's licence to donate my organs

Again pass on diseased body parts?

OP did not specify what one will be dying off. The red cross and others will decide what is good to keep or not.

Just my thoughts.

Chasing Daylight:How My Forthcoming Death Transformed My Life by Eugene O'Kelly

Exactly what happened to this 53 year old guy except it was 3 - 6 months (inoperable brain tumour). He was Chairman and CEO of KPMG in the US. Among other things he wrote a book in the time he had left.

My wife found comfort from reading it. Every time I start it I think of her and just can't.
