With the passing of the Bill c-36, SP's are no longer allowed to publicly discuss sexual services or post acronyms that describe their services. As a customer, does this bother you? Does it cause you to be unsure about the services you will get?

I suppose some ladies are a little overly cautious about mentioning rates and services & don't even want to in text. I can understand not putting it on a website or ad as I like to make sure all my rates and restrictions are very clear via text as some people don't like to read ads and they just look for the number. At one point I had my rates and services listed on my website but ended up taken them off when I was yelled at by a dude for mentioning them because he never asked.

As an sp I'll say I was pissed when the laws changed, it's impacted this industry in my negative ways, imo. However, those who hobby knew many sp's who advertised a particular way before the change I'd think some would stick to those providers for a continued good outcome. The new laws makes it difficult when seeking out a new provider obviously and again, even with changes some will still give details. Although I don't think we can ever be to careful as doing so can get people arrested and unfortunately that has happened and no one wants that. However something that should be kept in mind and that is ymmv, no service was ever a guarantee by those who offered a particular style of service before the changes, so none should expect a guarantee after. I'm sure most of the "seasoned" know this.
I've never liked listing a menu nor dealing with the types that request one, so that I don't miss, however and unfortunately you can still find that type of stuff elsewhere, but to each their own

When bill 36 passed, I wrote a letter to my local police department and told them I would continue to hobby. I included my drivers licence number and full name, along with my home address.

I am libertarian. Government law has very little impact upon me.

I know I will get arrested sooner or later. There are hundreds of thousands of laws and regulations in this country. Every day, each one of us is breaking some rule. It is inevitable. The government wants all of us to have criminal records. That is part of their master plan. I have no control over that. I live my life as a free person and accept that there are groups of thugs who want to control me.

Remember, it was once illegal to perform a gay sex act. It was also illegal to attempt suicide. Before too, it was illegal for women to vote and women couldn't even open up a bank account in their own name.

Laws are written by control freaks. I can't fight every law or every tax. But I can make it very difficult for them each step of the way.
