The end reminds me of telling an employee that his drug test had tested positive for marijuana.
He didn't deny smoking it, his response was, "I have never called in sick or been late because I smoked weed the night before my shift. How many people have called in or shown up hungover for their shifts?"
That was over 3 years ago. He still works for me and is one of my best workers.
