Made with Love

Ever met a girl that wears no makeup at all?

I never wear make up.

i thought about wearing some but it is just too much work and expensive.

I've had a few gfs who wore either no or little makeup. They were beautiful without, and while makeup accentuated their looks, I liked the natural look.

Really that is a first I ever heard a woman admit to that.

Good for you.

growing up I wasn`t allowed to so I never got into it. I try and keep a regular skin care regiment and lip gloss , I only wear full make up in photo shoots. but I am getting dark circles around my eyes so I might have to at least wear concealer

What is a concealer?.

The most I ever wear is lipstick/lip gloss and mascara.

Lets face it, the lipstick/lip gloss lasts the first five minutes because after L/DFK at the door it's gone. The mascara doesn't always survive either if my eyes water from DT or COF occurs, getting some in my eye(s).

I honestly don't know how to wear the junk so have to pay someone to apply it when going to a wedding or special event where I decide to wear some because frankly, it's a pain in the
patooty to put on and constantly have to freshen up all day and like RD points out, an unnecessary expense in my opinion.

My mom didn't wear anything other than lipstick, mascara and face powder and only when going out, never at home, so again like RD, I wasn't allowed to wear any growing up and didn't want to as I was a tomboy and into playing sports, not playing dress up.

As for women not admitting to not wearing makeup. I have no idea why they'd hide that fact and say they do when they don't. I think many women feel the need to wear makeup even if they don't like it and don't need it, which is a shame. I've had girlfriends who looked better without but you could never convince them of that. Society has brainwashed them and some men too, into thinking a woman has to wear makeup to look her best. I feel it hides the real me and therefore only wear it very occasionally, and more so for a fun change than anything else.
