Isn't universally mandatory for all skyscrapers to have fire sprinkler systems?.

I don't believe they have any casualties in this latest fire!
I read a report that the building security was going door to door while the alarms were going off getting people out.
The Firemen are putting the fire of debris and molten glass as it falls to the ground.
I don't believe that sprinklers are mandatory around the world in ALL highrise buildings.
They certainly have different standards than what we are accustomed to - some better and some no so good.
Look at the recent fire in London. Non approved material used on the exterior retrofit. Yet it got used. Someone cut a huge corner or someone got a payoff. The courts will sort it out now.

The buildings in Dubai have been plagued with false alarms. This kinda makes me wonder if this fire was deliberate.
