Very bad! less weight, consistent reps/sets and slower motion!

In fact, I recently saw a program that claimed many of the exercises performed in weight training are really bad for our bodies overall and lat pulldowns was one of them. I wish that I could remember which program it was but it was very interesting and made a lot of sense to me, specifically as I'm now middle aged and did a lot of heavy lifting until 30ish, now feeling most of it in my joints.

Plyometrics is the way to go with light weight training for me, not for everyone.

Remember Comrades, the Party is always right.

BTW, Pavel is a freaking mutant.

Actually he doesn't have clue.

Very poor form and way too much weight will lead to an injury.

I totally agree, he's a clown. He reminds me of the dudes that over load the bench press, lift it off the rack and press it one inch up and down. Drop the weight and stand up proud of their non accomplishment heavy bench press. LOL

I do this every morning:

Very poor form as with many of the video's shown here. It really isn't about the weight but the resistance one creates with the weight. A light weight used properly does wonders with less chance of injury.

Ganon Baker (a friend of mine) who I've had at many clinics with kids of all ages incorporates plyometric training with basketball. It's something to see him to push ups on basketballs.
