Unlike some folks who start threads on these boards to announce they're leaving, Transient has quietly said a few farewells in PMs, indicating he feels it's time to move along in life.

I too will miss Transient. He's one of the good guys.

I am stunned. I had no idea. He is one of my favourites. I hope to say goodbye to him personally.

Transient has left the community, what a shame. At least he didn't leave because he was chased away, he seems to have left on his own terms. I never noted any negativity in his posts and he seemed to be a gentleman accepting of all including myself. I do wish him all the best in any and all his future endeavors.
