I think I was a member for more than a year before I even realized there were mods here, that's how rarely they show up. Most of our members seem to have the ability to 'self-moderate' without needing to be told how to behave as decent human beings.

From what I have seen is the Mods here are not quick on the trigger.

I am sure from time to time they must react quickly but for the most part they seem to let people post with little interference.
