In my way of thinking it's impossible to have SP's moderate an escort board. They just have to much of a personnel agenda to be impartial.

That board in question is good comic relief though at times but generally it's a frustrating and tiresome read.

On October 29/14, he's planning to disappear with all the money he's made using his members as 'clickbait', along with all the personal information he's gathered about them, and he's planning to take the site offline without giving any notice.

I'm also hearing back channel rumours that the location of the party has been leaked to someone who is known for lurking outside and videotaping board members when they arrive at industry functions.

I was a Mod on a now defunct board, and all the mods made a list of people they had serious issues with, and we all understood that we would recuse ourselves whenever someone on our list needed to be dealt with.

I think it's a mistake for any board to have Mods who function with their personal industry handle, rather than an anonymous one. You set yourself up to be a target in many ways by doing that.

I definitely agree that review boards should be run by men, but I think SP's can add a valuable perspective to a leadership team.

I'd rather participate like I do, than be a mod ever again though. What a thankless job. :don'twantto-see:/

True enough Maurice....but some of those with regular handles here do know, I'm pretty sure...

One thing I like here is the Mods (kind, gentle, wise souls that they are) don't interfere except when necessary. And I suspect they all post using regular handles so they are part of the community that they moderate.

From what I have seen is the Mods here are not quick on the trigger.

I am sure from time to time they must react quickly but for the most part they seem to let people post with little interference.
