Are these decisions made by gay parents only?. Just wondering as first question one asks if it's a boy or a girl. Not an it?.

How do the parents know their new born kids want to have an option when they grow up.

Please educate me.

High Court recognises third category of sex

Sydney resident Norrie was born male but had a sex change and now does not identify as specifically male or female.
Norrie has been fighting the NSW Registrar of Births Deaths and Marriages to have a sex change formally registered as 'non-specific'.

So now shes legally no longer male or female.
This ruling opens up a big can of worms.

And its fucking ugly!
In a way Im glad its not recognised as male or female.

I've seen documentaries of the Third Gender from countries such as India and Pakistan and I'm certain that it's here in North America and the rest of the Western world but my understanding is that the third gender actually has both sets of genitalia (correct me if I'm wrong) that doesn't mean those both in the Third should be treated any differently than anyone else. JMO.
