I've made at least a dozen career changes over a 40 year time period, and the last one began when I was 45.

Wow so many, I believe in lifelong learning and tend to get bored with things easily. It seems that whenever I reach a point where I feel like I've learned enough about a profession I crave a change in scenery. So many "I's" in just 2 sentences. haha

That's exactly why I've changed careers many times. Once the learning curve is over, I get bored and move on to something else. Until I found my current career as a massage therapist. Ten years and it still never gets boring!

Just beginning my fifth. My first and fourth were the same, different employers but same profession. I wish I had the luxury to change once I became bored. Life style and responsibilities certainly limit that move.:Crying/:
