Dan said:A few things that get under my skin at the gym.
1. People who sweat all over the bench and walk away when done. Can you not use a towel to lay on if you a sweat a lot or at the very least wipe the bench down once you're done!
2. Grab a machine and use it as a seat to text and answer phone calls!
3. Watch a dude throw way more weight on the bar i.e. the bench press. Then barely bend their elbows and never bring it close to their chest, the same with squats. They load the bar so much then barely bend their knees. They drop the weight down and look around to see if anyone is impressed, pfffft makes me sick actually. If you can do the exercise properly you're using way too much weight!! Check your ego at the door and do it right!
4. Using the gym as a pick up joint. Bring in a hot looking work out partner, step away and some dude is trying to work his way in, sheeeesh find your own!
5. the grunter, I can't stand the HAAAAAAAAA, HAAAAAAAA, HAAAAA, geez dude, get a grip and if you're constipated go to the can!
