What sanctions? Those sanctions aren't hurting Russia. Russia has more oil resources than Canada ever will. Russia can just nuke Canada off the face of the planet. Plus Harper is jealous, Putin's rating are up in Russia and Harper's ratings are down in Canada. Putin will stay in power while the envious control freak Adolf Harper fades away.
