So glad this day is almost over.
No smokes, no felonies, I guess things could've been a lot worse.
:great: Good job Sillygirl

It seems too soon to be thinking I can't do this, yet I find myself thinking I can't do this.
That's infuriating.

i meant that since i have Huntingtons , smoking won't kill before (HD) willKingfisher said:I know your kidding but I actually joked like you until I recently ended up in a Hospital ICU with COPD excacerbation and enough fluid around my heart to make me feel like I had the CN Tower on top of my chest. All caused by smoking. Now I'm very much motivated to give up the habit. My reality now is smoke or die with absolutely no grey area.

Day 9 is winding down, and I still haven't committed any felonies. Kingfisher will back me up on that.

I quit 3 years ago (after smoking for 25+). Did it cold turkey and found this website https://whyquit.com helped me a lot, especially during the first few days/weeks. Education is the best tool. The articles on this site are priceless (and free, btw. the owner/author does not want your money).
All the best!

I've been using that as an excuse for the last little while.SillyGirl said::tongue:
Silly Girl said:Well...I moved this past weekend, and even a move that goes well totally sucks, and I had to cut the dose of pills in half, and I'm not taking enough xanax. I bought a pack on Sat. but tossed it unopened.
I've not been working out the last few days, but I think I'm unpacked enough to start again tomorrow. That will help.
It's still just really hard. Sometimes I'm discouraged. But I think it will be ok.
Thanks for asking, that's nice.

Thanks for the tip on xanax ... the neighbors may appreciate that I take that up. Keep up the good work Silly.
