Have You Ever Bought An Item From An SP's Online 'Wishlist'?

Not that I got that out of the way I can address the topic at hand.

.... but remember using a service provider is not dating.... .

Perhaps not to a homeless man, or to a guy who sees an Escort only once, regardless of how much he enjoyed the time. You are only part of the demographic, a large percentage, but a small slice of the pie chart.

What you guys don't seem to get is that not all Escorts are seeking the company of strangers. Consider the following:

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis was held in high regard by almost everyone, but she was, metaphorically, a very high priced Escort, with a single client, after 'John Fitzgerald Sittingduck' was wacked by persons unknown to most.

Aristotle Onassis was a Greek shipping tycoon. He could afford to buy almost anything he wanted, except items that were not for sale, such as "The Mona Lisa", "Michelangelo's David", or Ralph Nader. Jackie Kennedy was a high maintainace woman, and commanded, and received, a high fee to be Aristotle's arm candy, but she isn't considered an Escort, because she only had one client.

There are many women like that, who marry or are the long term companion of a man of substance who can provide the funding for her material needs, and sexual favours are not necessarily on the table. A closeted gay man, for example, often has a 'beard', with whom he is seen in public, to dispel rumors of his private indiscretions.

Many men of substance date many different women at the same time, whether or not they are married. A perfect example is Sir Charles Barkley, or previously, Wilt Chamberlain, more recently, George Clooney, and currently, Leo Di Caprio, A Rod, or Derek Jeter. Many of these men were or are 'confirmed bachelors', but not in the way ascribed to Liberace in the tabloid press of the 1950's. This is called 'playing the field'.

Many short term Escorts seek to be 'flavor of the month', in order to earn enough in a short time, so that, when their looks fade, they will have enough money that they will not have to work again, and when their tits are saggy, and their face wrinkled, they can have some young gigolo service them, when men of substance no longer are willing to pay for the privilege.

The law of 'supply and demand' applies to people, as well as commodities. We all know friends who married the first civilian who was willling to have sex with them, more than once, at the price they could afford. We all know guys who sleep with many women, most of whom are below our own standards. We all know guys who have sex infrequently, because they're only interested in women who are in a league above them. Sometimes they get lucky, sometimes they pay for it.

Certain women recognize that their company is in high demand, because more guys want to be with them than their social calendar can accommodate. They're willing to 'date' any guy who can meet their short term asking price. If they want to weed out the lesser candidates, they charge a higher than average fee. Many guys are willing to pay that fee, if only because men of lesser status are not. They want a no-strings-attached relationship with someone whose company they enjoy, on an intermittent basis, without either party becoming possessive, and without the indiscetions associated with an acrimonious parting. Both parties enjoy each others' company, but they don't care whom the other person is with, when they are not together. Neither is willing to offer the other exclusivity, unless an offer to that effect is made, and accepted. Sometimes an Escort of long career and fine reputation retires, because she has met her financial goal. Sometimes she retires, because she is no longer willing to share her companionship with strangers. Sometimes she retires, because her market value falls below her asking price.

You've all just been schooled, except those who already knew all of this, but read it, anyway.

@flash, if I may correct you, using a service provider is dating, not in the conventional sense, but dating none the less. I don't see anyone outside of my clients, so my clients are dates for me. They provide me with all the things other women get from conventional relationships, without the ties and responsibilities a conventional relationship requires.
@MM & Slick, thank you. It's amazing what a good push up bra and the right angle can do for a girl:) Without the bra, soon I'll be able to sing, do my boobs hang low do they wobble to and fro:wink2::LMAO:

Thank you for the laugh this fine Sunday morning. I don't believe there is anything wrong with creating a wishlist. If one decides to make the contribution it is by their own choice.

This IS what I was saying, Cristy. It was MadMan who said it wasn't. I'm the same way, unmarried, and not committed to anyone in particular. If I'm in an exclusive relationship, I don't cheat. If I'm not, I don't practice celibacy. I'd rather pay for the company of a classy woman who doesn't offer or expect exclusivity, than take my chances with a 'Glen Close from Fatal Attraction' bunny boiler, who can't take a hint, if things go awry. Being possessive is not a virtue; it's a vice, unless the feeling is mutual. Open-minded people can distinguish between genuine affection, and exclusive commitment. Society frowns on that, as do the insecure. The urge to 'own' someone is strong in most people, but not in all. The most miserable people I know are bitter couples who 'settled' for each other, knowing that they wanted to be with someone better, but didn't deserve it. You can love someone, without having sex with them, and you can have sex with someone, without loving them. All too many people think these are one and the same, and they either get both, or neither. Most people get one or the other, and usually the one they didn't want.

One of my favs birthday is coming up. Asked he what she'd like for a present. The item was on her wish list so it was easy, and I bought it early so she could enjoy it before her birthday.
Taking her out for dinner and movie and more, a Hump Date. Looking forward to Wednesday :)

The version without Polish subtitles can't be viewed on YouTube, because iTunes has exclusive rights to streaming of most SNL clips.

I often pick up stuff requested by the ladies I see...it's not a big deal, and they appreciate it.
