Complacency breeds contempt. After a couple years of regular encounters, it seems that a favorite young lady has apparently lost that 'eye of the tiger' mentality when it comes to 'customer experience'.
Is it worth even broaching the subject to see if the service dedication can be re-ignited? If so, how would you approach that conversation?
Or is it simply better to quietly move on and call it a day to avoid the possibility of hurt feelings or drama?
Maybe it's inevitable that even with paid professionals, that spark and passion however contrived will always dwindle and fade over time?
From a financial perspective, one thing is certain - the current level of customer satisfaction is not equal to the investments being made, so something's got to change somewhere. Hmmmmmm
